Ciel is Cindy, a Xian-born, Toronto-based producer, DJ, pianist and radio programmer. Also involved with aliases and projects including Cloudsteppers, Loopchasers and Psychedelic Budz, while surrounding event notes point to cross-genre sets that move through house, breaks, trip-hop, tech-house and groovy techno.
